Greek Townhouse Row consists of 8 townhouses designed specifically for Greek organizations.


Townhouse Row is located at the heart of GW's campus on 23rd Street between G and H Streets.

Building and Room StructureEdit

Each townhouse features a finished basement, large living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and sleeps between 24-30 members.

Amenities and FeaturesEdit

Each townhouse has five floors with bedrooms located on the second, third, and fourth floors. The kitchen, living, and dining rooms are on the ground floor, and the basement holds the meeting/recreation, laundry, and storage rooms.


Greek Townhouse Row was built in 2002.
